Director Allan Lindsey and Producers Helen Clucas from Vue DC approached me to DOP this film in early 2005.

A dramatised documentary, we told the story of the history of commercial aviation through the stories of the pioneers such as Norman Brearly, Paul McGuinness, Hudson Fysh and Charles Ulm using drama scenes and interviews with surviving family members and historians.

Shot with F750 Sony HD camcorders, I was lucky to have Fujinon sponsor me with the use of a magnificent set of prime lenses used on 'STAR WARS - THE PHANTOM MENACE'.
